1. What is your processing time?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are handled on the next business day.
2. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Priority Express: 1–2 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $69.
Orders below $69 have a flat rate of $5.95.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?

5. How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier’s official website.
6. What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early

7. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to:

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (USPS only)
8. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us within 12 hours to correct it.
Once the order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible, and reshipping fees may apply.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
